Our company has existed since 1999 when we began as a small cleaning company for doctors and medical centers. After recognizing there was a need for the accurate fulfillment of medical supply orders, we expanded and transformed our business to address this administrative need. Given the disbursement of medical supplies and equipment is a very top-heavy industry where large hospitals and medical centers given priority on certain supplies. We allow smaller medical offices and doctors operating as sole practitioners to manage their administrative functions through precise inventory management forecasting that offer excellent savings.
There are almost 1,000 different products that you can purchase from Jackson Supply giving customers complete access to a catalogue of quality, name brand products and equipment. Our merchandise is organized in the following product lines; professional, diagnostic, wound care, orthopedic, pain cure, and accessories. We regularly stock the items we sell and there are various price advantages associated with volume and repeat purchases.
We offer a variety of payment options of completed orders that are based on the account status of a client. These include company check and credit card purchases for single, one-time purchases. Established clients that order regular monthly shipments of supplies are benefited with net30 and discounted accounts payable terms on their purchases
For local customers, we provide free shipping on prescheduled replinishment orders via our company fleet services. On regular ocassions, we are also able to complete same day services for our local accounts when orders are placed with account representatives before 12 noon. Customers located outside a 50 mile radius of our main warehouse can elect to have their orders shipped by common carriers (USPS & UPS) at discounted rates.
Jackson Supply accepts returns on most undamaged items, as long as the exterior packaging of the item has not been opened. Returns for credit must be arranged through customer service repesentatives and will not be accepted without a formal RMA assignment.
